This policy explains what data SiteLift ("we," "us") collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. It covers siteliftservices.com (this marketing site) and the SiteLift dashboard product that restaurant owners use to manage their menus, forms, and popups.
Account & restaurant data. When you sign up, we collect your name, email, restaurant name, and the menu, contact, form, and popup content you add to your dashboard.
Form submissions. When a visitor to one of our customers' websites fills out a widget form (e.g. a reservation or contact form), we collect whatever information that form asks for — this data belongs to the restaurant and is stored so they can view and export it from their dashboard.
Usage data. On this marketing site (siteliftservices.com), we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site — see "Cookies & analytics" below.
This marketing site uses Google Analytics (GA4). It sets a first-party cookie to distinguish visitors and measure traffic — for example, which pages get visited and which channels (search, direct, referral) bring people to the site. This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify visitors, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising or ad retargeting.
The SiteLift dashboard (the logged-in app) does not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics or advertising cookies. Once you're signed in and managing your restaurant, no analytics tracking is loaded.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
We share data with the following providers, solely to operate SiteLift:
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.
We retain account and form submission data for as long as your restaurant's account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. Data is encrypted in transit and access to production data is restricted to authorized SiteLift personnel.
